Our record and filing system is done online<\/p>\n

Each company get access to our site through an unique username and password.<\/p>\n

Our E-ipm file (electronic integrated pest management file) will provide you with the following in information:<\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n

  • Certification documents<\/li>\n
  • Lables<\/li>\n
  • MSDS documents<\/li>\n
  • SHE documents<\/li>\n
  • Risk assessment<\/li>\n
  • Good Working Procedures<\/li>\n
  • Pre-requisite Programme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Data capturing <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

    Data is captured with a scanner whilst servicing.<\/p>\n

    The data is then transmitted via  a cellphone network to our online filing system.<\/p>\n

    Every service area or unit has its own bar code witch we scan as we start the service in the unit or area.<\/p>\n

    Data include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Time of service<\/li>\n
    • Type of service<\/li>\n
    • Chemical used<\/li>\n
    • Action request<\/li>\n
    • Activity report<\/li>\n
    • Damage report<\/li>\n
    • Species report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Lock a call lock or make a recommendation <\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      • The client can lock a recommendation or a call online<\/li>\n
      • The lock will remain as part of all data captured<\/li>\n
      • The service manager will schedule a service<\/li>\n
      • Once the service is completed data about the service will reflect on the reporting part of the system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
